I'm Rakibul Islam — a WordPress developer from Dhaka who treats websites like infrastructure, not artwork that happens to load. Four-plus years and multiple sites later, my work spans e-commerce floors, B2B machinery, booking systems, course platforms, and marketplaces with dozens of moving vendor parts.
At Softvence Agency (since Sept 2022) I lead an 8-member WordPress team: reviewing architecture, unblocking builds, enforcing performance budgets, and still getting my hands dirty in PHP when a project needs its hardest problem solved first.
Staging before production. WP-CLI before clicking around. Git before "final_v2". Every handover documented so the next developer inherits a map, not a mystery. If it isn't monitored, it's down — so I monitor.
